ABOUT ME
I'm BEVU 07M "Elliot", a Eurasian bearded vulture born in the US. Humanly speaking, I am considered Shawnee. I am male and use only he/it pronouns. I like to write and draw all sorts of things, mostly other birds.I yearn for the mountains and forests and snow. Maybe one day I will return, but for now I am painfully aware of my situation and reality.I practice the Shawnee traditional spirituality and believe in Creator and the Grandmother. I see them as one with and present in the Earth and sky. I also believe in souls and reincarnation, and that everything has a soul.

Holothery is the state of being a nonhuman creature, typically an Earthen animal, on all levels.For me, I am on all levels a Eurasian bearded vulture (Gypaetus barbatus barbatus). This affects other parts of my identity and life as well, such as gender and socialization. As for gender, I consider myself gendergeier-geierboy.Gendergeier-geierboy comes from the German word Bartgeier, meaning "bearded vulture". It is a gender that denotes experiencing sex and/or gender in the same way a bearded vulture might. So, I am just male in a bearded vulture way. This is why I use he/it pronouns; "he" is masculine and "it" is nonhuman, in the sense that one might call a bird "he" or "it".

Therianthropy is the state of being a nonhuman creature, typically an Earthen animal, on some or mutiple levels.My only therianthropic identity is Balaur bondoc. I identify as one on a spiritual level in this life because I was one in a past life. This identity does not have much of a hold on my life or experiences, but is still important to me spiritually and psychologically, which is how it presents.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. You will not commercially redistribute my art under any circumstance. You may use art for personal reasons, such as a profile picture or social media graphic or banner, with credit. To credit me, use the username I have on the platform you commissioned from. This can be in a permanent post (NOT a story such as on Instagram or Tiktok, unless my art is ONLY going to be present on that one story) or bio.2. You may NEVER use my art, even if commissioned, to train generative artificial intelligence (genAI). You may not run it through genAI at all whatsoever. GenAI usage with my art will result in a permanent, non-negotiable blacklist.3. You may not ask for not safe for work (NSFW) or otherwise pornographic (whether it be consensual or nonconsensual) material. Asking me for such things will result in a permanent, non-negotiable blacklist.4. The Raluniverse style I use has two levels: cartoon (as seen with the Jack, George, Harry, Dave, and Ralphie portraits) and comic (as seen with Ralparty). You can ask for both, but each individual drawing of a pet or character is five (5) to ten (10) more USD.
4a. Comic style is $5 USD more for each added character, and cartoon style is $10 USD more for each added character. For instance, one dog in comic style is $10 USD as a base price. If you want to add another animal in comic style, it is $5 USD more for each. Two animals in comic style would be $15 USD.
4b. Style does not dictate how a background will look. You may not ask for complex backgrounds. I can do gradients, shapes, outlines, or very basic cartoon landscapes. I am still practicing complex backgrounds. A background comes at no extra fee.5. If I design a character for you, that character is YOURS, however you may not tamper with the original piece or claim the art itself as your own. This still includes feeding it to genAI. Always credit for a portrait, as stated earlier.6. I do not have an explicit or concrete "do not interact" (DNI) list, but I reserve the right to refuse business with anyone for any reason. If you make me uncomfortable, or are a general nuisance or threat to my wellbeing and comfort, you will be blacklisted.7. Blacklisting is often permanent. However, under certain circumstances, if a blacklisted individual can prove that they meant no harm to me, they may be removed from the blacklist. This is difficult, though, because I block accounts that I blacklist.
7a. The blacklist is only shared among my inner circle of trusted people. It is not public so as to avoid harassment towards me and blacklisted individuals.8. ALL SALES ARE IN USD. No Robux, no cryptocurrency.
8a. All payment is UP-FRONT and IN FULL. Not 50%, not after, non-negotiable.
8b. I don't have a set turnaround time because like anyone else, I have a life and my own issues. However, if it has been over two weeks (14 days) since your commission was paid, and you have not received any communication (such as conversation or progress sketches), you may receive a full refund. Keep in mind that I work on mountain standard time. Progress sketches may be requested at any time during commission after payment and come at no extra cost. Speedpaints also come at no extra cost.
